  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Step 1: Marinating the Chicken

In a bowl, mix together the chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, lime juice, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and mix well, ensuring that the chicken is coated evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
