Ingredients:
For the Bubur Cha Cha:

- 1 cup tapioca pearls, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 pandan leaf, knotted
- 1/2 cup palm sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Gula Melaka Syrup:
- 1 cup palm sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Step 1: Preparing the Bubur Cha Cha
1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the yam, sweet potatoes, taro, and soaked tapioca pearls. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the yam and sweet potatoes are tender.
2. In a separate pot, mix the coconut milk, pandan leaf, palm sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the palm sugar has dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
3. Once the yam and sweet potatoes are cooked, drain them and add them to the coconut milk mixture. Stir well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
Step 2: Making the Gula Melaka Syrup
1. In a small saucepan, combine the palm sugar and water. Cook over low heat until the palm sugar has melted and the mixture has thickened slightly.
