Ingredients:
For the jelly:
- 10g agar agar powder
- 500ml water
- 150g sugar
- 1 teaspoon rose essence

- 400ml coconut milk
- 100ml water
- 50g sugar
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the agar agar powder and water. Mix well until the agar agar powder is dissolved.
2. Add the sugar to the saucepan and stir until dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
3. Reduce the heat to low and add the rose essence and pink food coloring (if using). Stir well to combine.
4. Pour the mixture into a mould and let it set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
5. In the meantime, prepare the coconut layer. In a separate saucepan, combine the coconut milk, water, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
6. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for a few minutes.
7. Remove the jelly from the refrigerator and pour the coconut mixture on top. Return to the refrigerator and let it set for another 2-3 hours, or until firm.
8. Once the agar agar is set, remove from the refrigerator and carefully unmould onto a serving plate.
9. Cut the agar agar into desired shapes and serve chilled.
